Details you submit through the estimate and contact forms, such as name, phone, email, ZIP code, home details and optional photos, and account information when you sign in to the portal.

To respond to your request, prepare estimates and reports and deliver services. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in separately.

Photos and documents are stored privately and are visible only to you and Hermonio staff who need them.

We record limited, anonymous events such as which estimate step was completed. No personal details are included. Optional third-party analytics load only with your consent.

The embedded map on our contact page loads only when you choose Load Google map. When loaded, Google receives connection information, including your IP address, under its own terms and privacy policy. Links to our Google Business Profile open Google directly.
